In a political campaign, building credibility is top priority. When surveyed, voters reported political outreach was most credible when in the form of a direct mail campaign. Second, third and fourth were TV, home visits and radio ads, respectively. Emails, digital ads and phone calls or texts were less credible, according to the poll.
