Annual commitment required.   Terms of Agreement: Monthly Market Video - This is a 12-month program with quarterly, semi-annual or full payment options. Plumb Marketing will provide professional script, teleprompter and editing services on a designated, one day per month (”filming day”). Each agent receives 15 minutes of videotaping at the RE/MAX Professionals office located at 1745 Shea Center Dr, Suite 100, Highlands Ranch, CO 80129 or other location as appropriate. Final delivery of an approximately 2-minute video with personalized introduction and closing with animated monthly market statistics and use of appropriate background music. Delivery to client will be approximately 5 business days via a Vimeo account where agent can download video for use as desired. Payments must be up to date and all requested materials have been provided. Materials to include: agent headshot and logo in jpeg format, contact phone number, email, website and any other relevant contact information to include on video. Any delay on receipt of this information or missed videotaping time may result in delay of video production and delivery. Agent agrees to arrive 5 minutes prior to taping reservation, dressed rehearsed and ready to film. If agent misses time or needs to reschedule, Plumb Marketing will attempt to find an open time on the filming date to accommodate. If no time slot is available, agent forfeits video and payment for the month. If agent provides 5 days prior notification to unavailability, Plumb Marketing will try to provide an alternative method (such as voice over) for agent to present monthly market update. Plumb Marketing is responsible for correcting any errors in the video that they are responsible for. Any additional requested edits will be billed at $75 per hour. An estimate will be provided with scope of work requested prior to any changes being made. Agent must provide written approval for any changes requested, including additional billing. Once invoice has been paid in full, agent will have copyright ownership of the completed video. Plumb Marketing reserves the right to use any part of video for valid business promotion and marketing. Plumb Marketing retains creative control over production of video. Feedback and input are always welcome and will be taken into consideration. In the event of cancellation, the entire amount of $1788 will be due upon cancellation, which includes discount and any payments made to date will be deducted from the full amount.   Plumb Marketing accepts no responsibility for unforeseen circumstances including: equipment failure, power outages, inability to perform duties due to illness or other situations outside of our control. In the evet of an unforeseen circumstance, Plumb Marketing will use best efforts to provide similar services to client in lieu with sole liability limited to monetary value of that month’s video paid by client. It is agreed that there is no representation, warranty, collateral agreement affecting this agreement except as expressly provided in this agreement. This agreement begins on the date listed and will remain in full effect for 12 months (with exception to customized one-time videos). In the event of early cancellation, the entire amount of the agreement will be due at the time of cancellation. This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado.
